(If you are interested in being an educator please sign up on the link below)
Clayton County Public Schools would like to acknowledge the students who are interested in becoming future educators. The Future Educator Signing Day (FESD) is an event collaborated with the HR Department, CTAE and the Perry Career Academy (PCA). Students are encouraged to apply to a college or University to pursue an education degree. Upon their acceptances, they are given the opportunity to participate in this program where they are given an agreement that a job will be available should they need it here in Clayton County Public Schools. It is not a binding contract until they successfully complete the education program and apply to CCPS.
Students that have been accepted to an education program at their college of choice will then be recognized at the FESD on May 8, 2024 at the Performing Arts Center from 6-8 p.m. 12th graders are eligible to participate in the ceremony. Juniors are welcome to participate in the ceremony as Ambassadors. We need the support of all counsellors in recognizing these students. This event is open to their families, it is live streamed and our Deputy and Superintendent are often in attendance.
