HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE ORDERING

Your email address will be used as your user ID for your online account. Please use a valid, current email address when registering. All order updates and account communication will be sent to the email address used when registering.
PAYMENTS
-
Payments can be made online at HERFFJONESGRAD.COM as often as you would like without interest or fees. For orders placed with a deposit, final payments are due by 2/1/24. Orders placed after 12/31/23 must be paid in full. (Checks are not accepted for payments.)

ORDER CHANGES

Changes and cancellations must be requested WITHIN 72 HOURS of the original order date. After this time, no changes or refunds are available. Orders placed after December 31, 2023 are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE!

All merchandise ordered (including class rings and letter jackets) must be paid in full before you may recieve your cap and gown.
