This is great, Sallie Mae®, but aren’t you getting ahead of yourself? I thought the FAFSA® opened in December this year? Spot on – it does open in December, but there are a lot of fundamental changes that folks need to be aware before they start the process. Click here and register so you’re in the know ahead of time.

Thanks for all you do! Sallie Mae PS: Be sure to connect with us on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram for sharable content that you can use to help your students.

Borrow responsibly We encourage students and families to start with savings, grants, scholarships, and federal student loans to pay for college. Students and families should evaluate all anticipated monthly loan payments, and how much the student expects to earn in the future, before considering a private student loan.
